Directions: We are located at 621 Route 22, Croton Falls, NY in the large green building by the railroad tracks & across from the Croton Falls MTA station. Coming from 684, we will be on your right before the track bridge. Traveling east on 22 from Carmel/Somers we are just after the train bridge on your left.

Parking: We have parking on premises (please see map below) or you may park across the street in the Croton Falls MTA parking. Please use caution when crossing the street!

Accessibility: We have 2 handicap spots located just outside the building for customers to use. The entire boutique is located on the first floor of the building (there are no stairs outside or inside the building being utilized during this show). For those that have smell sensitivities, please note that we will have soap and candle vendors who use fragrances. The space can get a bit loud for those that are noise sensitive. The space gets very busy with customers and space is limited so please keep that in mind when attending! If you need assistance during the boutique, please visit the front desk or call (914) 617-8541 for help!

Other Logistics: We will have one entrance for the shop but will have multiple emergency exits available should they become necessary!

In addition to our featured artisan vendors, our gift shop and gallery will be open, showcasing a curated selection of artwork created by both local and resident artists! The shop accepts cash, check, or venmo!
