In this welcoming, hands-on class, teens will learn the fundamentals of crochet and develop the skills to create their own handmade projects. Whether students are just getting started or already know a few stitches, this course offers guidance and encouragement.
Each class will introduce new techniques and build on previous skills, covering foundational stitches, pattern reading, and simple project construction. Students will work on individual projects such as accessories and stuffed animals with opportunities to customize based on their interests and experience level.
The environment is relaxed and supportive, perfect for building confidence, focusing creatively, and connecting with others who share an interest in fiber arts.
Is this Class Right for My Child?: This class is for teens and tweens ages 11-16. This class is open to all skill levels! No experience necessary!
What Will My Child On?: Students will work on core stitches and starting techniques in addition to reading and following simple patterns. As students learn the basic techniques, they have the opportunity to work on projects of their choosing.
