Back by popular demand: calling all experienced potters: learn how to create beautiful glaze finishes on your pottery!
In this workshop, Railyard Arts Studio Member Mindy Katz will teach you two special glaze techniques on one bowl: Peacock on the inside of your bowl and Ombré on the outside.
This workshop is open to pottery students & artists with experience in glazing. All workshop participants must bring their own bisque-ware bowl at least 4 inches in height to glaze.
Participants should also plan to bring:
3 glazes, plus a Flux Glaze* (Amaco):
2 Glazes can be in the same color family (one dark, one light), plus one accent color.
2 Glazes can be in the same color family (one dark, one light), plus one accent color.
OR
3 different glaze colors
