Instructor: Jamie Kates
Relax, Unwind, and don’t be afraid to get a little muddy! In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of wheel throwing, from centering your clay to shaping simple, functional forms. Step by step, our instructor will guide you through the process of centering, pulling up the walls, and refining the shape of your piece.
BYOB: Feel Free to bring your own wine, cocktail, beer or beverage of your choice.
At the end of class, you’ll choose one favorite creation to keep. Your piece will be carefully trimmed and glazed by our instructor, and you’ll be notified via email when it’s ready for pickup (usually within two weeks).
