Instructor: Michelle Mullaly

Learn how to repurpose an everyday vase into a hand-painted masterpiece. Give a clear glass vase from home a new life with some hand-painted botanicals. Instruction & paint provided- reuse, recycle, and go home with a beautiful “new” vase for your later summer/ early fall flowers, especially sunflowers
*Please note: students should plan to bring a clear, smooth surface glass vase of their choosing. There will also be some vases (found at local thrift shops) available for purchase ($5-$10 cash only).
About the Instructor:
Michelle Mullaly has 33 years of experience as an artist and a certified art educator at the secondary level.  As an artist, her strength has always been in drawing and painting with an attention to detail, shading, and textures. She is also an avid perennial gardener who approaches her gardens as a living canvas. Her passion for botanicals is her main inspiration for her painted glassware and can be seen in the details of her painting. She shares her love of painting and teaching with others through her hand-painted glassware, classes, and events. Michelle’s experience teaching art to all age groups ensures she can assist and guide every student, teen, or adult to have a successful experience and improve their skills.
