Instructor: Katy Romita

Both art and meditation lead us to see the world with fresh eyes. In this workshop, participants are invited – through mindfulness meditations and meditative drawing exercises – to heighten their ability to see the world more clearly. Participants of past workshops have said that the experience is both relaxing and invigorating, as they connect to the present moment as it is. No prior meditation or drawing experience required. Come as you are!
