“Life’s about the journey not the destination.” Let yourself be guided through a series of calming drawing exercises, where you’ll strengthen your ability to be present for life’s journey. As the saying goes, “sometimes the little things are the big things.” Practice the habit of tuning-in to the little things and capturing the joy in front of you with the activities in this class, appropriate for beginners and experienced artists.

By the end of the 90-minutes, you’ll have created a time-lapse drawing symbolic of a journey through time. Put this “journey” drawing somewhere where you’ll see it often and let it remind you to stop, look around, and appreciate the moment. As Ferris Bueller said, “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
