About
Instructor: Jamie Milligan
In this beginner friendly, one-time handbuilding with clay workshop, you will learn the steps to build your own mug from a slab of clay. You will be guided through each step of cutting and shaping your slab to build each piece of your mug. In addition, you will create a mini sculpture to “hide” inside your mug”. Sculpt a little animal, flower, or anything you’d at the bottom of your mug! Finally, you will finish your piece by painting with an underglaze color of your choice. No clay or art experience necessary! All skill levels welcome! Ages 16+!
Your mugs will be finished by the instructor, fired, and will ready for pick up approximately 2 weeks later.
