The first chakra is the Root center associated with our grounding and our foundation on the earth. We need to clear this energy center out from blockages to balance in order to move forward in our lives and release any fears of safety and security. It’s important to clear the first center in order to move to our next center, and on from there.

In this workshop series, you will discover the chakra system with a brief explanation, before going deep into each center, from the root up, as we need to begin at our foundation. Learn the elements, ingredients and tools to balance your mind, body, spirit and health through your emotional centers: the chakras.

In these workshops with music, meditation, mantras, mudras & more, you will come away with a deeper understanding of yourself and the tools you need to enhance your health & release your true inner vibrant glowing wellness.

Lisa Cito has been training in & teaching wellness since the early 1990s. She is certified in yoga, pilates, Ayurveda, health coaching, chakra healing, meditation & is a reiki master. Lisa enjoys continued learning and thrives on sharing the beautiful information she learns with all. Her classes & workshops are both light-hearted & profound.
